Our structure is an indication of our commitment to excellent people.  We are organized around the flat pyramid (low staff to principal) as opposed to most accounting firms.  We believe that the flat pyramid provides the greatest commitment to staff excellence and the greatest opportunity for staff advancement.

We have developed a firm-wide program of training and development designed to support and supplement the on-the-job experience of our people at every level.  The object of this program is not merely to develop the high level of technical competence demanded from a firm, but, more importantly, to develop mature, well-rounded professional men and women with a broad and intimate knowledge of business affairs, ready to assume the leadership of our firm and the profession in the years ahead.

To meet this challenge, we have pursued a balanced program consisting of three elements:
