Staffing

Because of the firm’s unique concentration in the construction industry, every accountant on your engagement is a full-time construction professional.  There will be no staff accountants "borrowed" from the other specialty groups.  At Smith, Kesler and Company, P.A., there is only one group, and that is construction.  All of our accountants came to Smith, Kesler & Company knowing that construction is our only niche.  Our accountants are drawn by a desire to participate in the building of tangible assets with visible results.
